Oracle Training Consultants homepage showing course routes and learner-focused calls to action

Oracle Training Consultants needed a modern website that could serve learners, parents, employers and short-course customers without making any one audience work too hard to find the right information.

The refreshed site brings course information, learner support, employer services and online booking into a clearer structure. It is designed to make comparing training routes simpler and to give Oracle a stronger platform for future course launches.

Starting with the people who use the site

A prospective apprentice needs different information from an employer offering placements. Parents want reassurance about support and progression, while an experienced therapist may want to book a one-day course without speaking to the admissions team. The previous structure made those routes harder to separate.

The new navigation gives each audience a direct starting point. Course pages explain the training route, entry requirements and next step. Short-course customers can check dates and prices, then reserve a place online. Contact details for the Doncaster and Rotherham centres remain easy to reach throughout the site.

More than a visual refresh

The project combined WordPress development, WooCommerce course booking, content restructuring, technical SEO and performance work. Klarna support at checkout gives short-course customers another way to pay, without complicating the booking route.

I also rebuilt the page hierarchy around the terms prospective learners and employers use when comparing providers. Clear headings, descriptive page titles and connected internal links help search engines understand the difference between apprenticeships, study programmes, funded qualifications and commercial courses.

Oracle's team can now publish course dates, learner guidance and news without rebuilding page layouts. That matters for a training provider whose availability and funding information changes through the year.

The finished website

The homepage introduces Oracle's main audiences before presenting bookable courses, training programmes, its Ofsted rating and recent news. Visitors can move from an overview to the right course or contact route without working through a long general-purpose menu.
