Theme customisation, app settings and checkout options depend on your Shopify plan, selected theme and app permissions. Features outside those limits need a separate assessment before inclusion.

Existing store: design work or an SEO review?
An existing store may need theme changes, content work or a separate investigation of its search visibility. The ecommerce SEO service covers reviews of product and collection pages, metadata and related technical settings. A rebuild is not assumed.

What is included in the Shopify service
The written scope identifies the store planning, theme changes, content loading, app setup and handover included. New store, redesign and migration projects can involve different tasks.
Store strategy
We review the catalogue, collection structure, variants and information needed before purchase, including delivery and returns. You supply or approve product descriptions, images, option data, stock information and store policies. We agree any import, copywriting or image preparation work separately. The website project preparation checklist covers material to gather before the build.
Theme build
The build covers the agreed theme settings, sections and template changes. Review includes product details, imagery, purchase controls and mobile layouts. Any requested feature that depends on a theme, app or Shopify restriction is checked before the scope is agreed.
Launch support
Launch checks cover the agreed journey from browsing a collection to placing a test order, including delivery rules and customer notifications. Payment-provider approval and account verification remain subject to the provider's requirements. Handover covers the agreed store management tasks.
From planning to launch
The project plan records stages, review points and required content. Access, product data, approvals and third-party requirements affect the schedule.
Discovery & planning
We review your products, customers and fulfilment process, then agree the store structure and launch requirements. The scope identifies migration work, product-data preparation and integrations, including who supplies and approves each item.
Design & merchandising
We review collection and product page layouts using your product information. This includes image presentation, product options, availability and delivery information. Featured ranges and promotional sections are included where agreed.
Build & integrations
I customise the theme, load or migrate the agreed content and configure suitable apps where the store needs extra functionality. Integrations are checked against your Shopify plan and operational requirements. Testing covers product options, basket behaviour and the parts of checkout that the platform allows us to configure.
Launch & training
Before launch, we review key pages and run the agreed test orders to check payments, delivery settings and notifications. Handover covers products, collections and the routine store updates included in the scope. Further support is agreed separately.
Scope, access and handover
Your written proposal confirms the build deliverables, timeline, any ongoing support commitment and the notice needed to end that support. Shopify accounts, themes, apps and external services may have separate licensing and account requirements; these are identified before work starts.
We agree the permissions needed to work in your store and existing analytics accounts. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form. Handover covers the routine tasks agreed for your project, with further support scoped separately.
